Psychometric and aptitude tests are often used as part of the recruitment selection procedure. When used properly they can provide reliable and specific guidance on the potential performance of candidates in a given job. 

We provide the following service to corporate firms and recruitment consultancies.  We can:

• Determine which psychometric and aptitude tests are most appropriate for your needs 
• Obtain the relevant product from the appropriate supplier
• Conduct the assessment either via the internet or face to face at your premises
• Give full feedback to you either via the telephone or face to face.  We also give feedback to your candidate.

We specialise in conducting Psychometric Questionnaires and Aptitude Tests.   We can also run Assessment Centres.  Our test administrators are trained to British Psychological Society (BPS) level A and level B.
